Since joining the association in 1994, Korczak has grown the NWFA’s membership from 800 to 3,400-plus member companies worldwide. Korczak also was instrumental in developing the NWFA’s installation guidelines, technical training programs, and annual convention, which is the largest convention anywhere dedicated exclusively to wood flooring. He is a member of the American Society of Association Executives, the St. Louis Society of Association Executives, and the Small Business Legislative Council. |
